GROUP BOOTCAMPS

Experience a TRUE BOOTCAMP. We bark, we scream, we put you and your group through an intense Military-Style Bootcmp with all the fixings; Sandbags, Weight Vest, Hill Sprints, Running, I GO/YOU GO, MAN DOWN and my favorite...Mountain Climbers!
GROUP FITNESS TRAINING
We offer Group Training for the following: Mature/Elderly, Wedding Parties (Bride & Groom), 6 week Fat Flush, Sport Specific Group training, KETTLEBELLS, Kettlebells, dumbbells?, WARRIOR WORKOUTS and Alien Training! Forget the beast, Let the Monster out!
MUSCLE TONE
Great Muscle tone is a combination of Proper Nutrition, Resistance, Cardio Training and Intensity! We'll help you obtain your goals to get you your BEST BODY EVER!
CORE STRENGTH
Your core consists of dozens of muscles that perform multiple tasks, including holding you upright and protecting your vital organs. A strong core not only protects you from upper and lower back injuries but it also improves your strength and power.
